1. Zero Tolerance Policy

GamerTraits has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and strictly prohibit any content or conduct that exploits or endangers minors.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on GamerTraits:

• The creation, upload, sharing, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• The solicitation of minors for sexual purposes or any form of grooming behavior.
• The promotion of child sexual abuse or exploitation in any form.
• Content that depicts or encourages the sexualization of minors.

3. Reporting and Enforcement

We take all reports of CSAE seriously. Our enforcement measures include:

• Immediate Content Removal: Any content identified as CSAM or CSAE will be removed immediately.
• Account Termination: Users who post or distribute such material will have their accounts permanently banned.
• Legal Reporting: In accordance with legal obligations (such as 18 U.S.C. § 2258A), we report all instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

4. How to Report

If you encounter any content on GamerTraits that appears to violate our CSAE standards, please report it immediately:

• Use the "Report" feature available on posts and profiles.
• Email us directly at admin@gamertraits.com with the subject line "URGENT: CSAE REPORT".

5. Continuous Monitoring

We utilize both automated tools and manual review to monitor for and prevent the distribution of prohibited content. We continuously update our safety protocols to address emerging threats and ensure a safe community for gamers.
